India–Russia Joint Air Force Exercise AviaIndra-2025 Underway

India is hosting the India–Russia joint air force exercise AviaIndra-2025 in collaboration with the Russian Aerospace Forces, reaffirming the longstanding defence partnership between the two countries. The exercise is aimed at enhancing mutual understanding, operational coordination, and combat preparedness of the two air forces.

The drills focus on a range of advanced air combat operations, including air superiority missions, coordinated aerial manoeuvres, and joint tactical planning.
