Western disturbances are causing rain and thunderstorms in states

The India Meteorological Department has issued weather alerts for parts of the country. They are warning people about rainfall and thunderstorms and changes in the weather because of disturbances. These weather alerts are for an area, which means the weather is changing a lot and it is affecting our daily life.
The India Meteorological Department says that some parts of North India will get light to rain with thunderstorms and strong winds. This is happening because of disturbances, which are big storms coming from the Mediterranean region. These storms really affect the weather in India during winter and before summer.

Some states like Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan will see changes in the weather like clouds and rain and small storms. This might give us a break from the temperature but it can also cause problems with things like transportation and work outside.
Not just North India, but states in the south like Tamil Nadu are also on alert because of rain and thunderstorms. The fact that many places are on alert shows that the weather is connected everywhere and it is getting harder to predict.
The changing weather will have an impact on farming especially when the crops are at a critical stage. If it rains at the time and the winds are strong it can damage the crops and affect the farmers income and the food supply. The authorities are telling farmers and people to be careful and follow the advice to minimize risks.
The weather alerts from the India Meteorological Department show how important it is to know the weather and be prepared for changes in the weather. As we get extreme and unpredictable weather it is crucial to get warnings on time to reduce damage and keep people safe.
Overall this situation shows that we need to be better prepared for changes, in the weather and have plans to deal with it. The India Meteorological Department and the weather alerts are helping us to do that.
