IIM Rohtak concluded yet another successful placement season for the 12th batch of its flagship 2-year Post Graduate Programme (PGP). IIM Rohtak became one of the first IIMs to complete the placements for the batch of 2023. Commenting on the placement season, the director Dr. Dheeraj Sharma said, “This is the testimony of the trust of our recruiters in the dynamic, industrious, and ethical students. The academic years 2021-23 were full of speculations and uncertainties in the business environment. However, our students worked hard and received strong facilitation from the institute. The efforts of the placement committee resulted in excellent outcomes even in the COVID situation that the world was dealing with.” He added, “The institute’s program fee is at the lowest within the IIM system in the country. Hence, IIM Rohtak is the top B-School with the best return on investment.” The average CTC, at 18.73 LPA, showed a 16.7% YoY growth over the past year’s average, which was 16.06 LPA. The top 10% of the batch received an average of 34.68 LPA, and the top 25% and 50% were offered an average of 27.15 LPA and 22.64 LPA, respectively.
This year, the institute forged new alliances with over 45 new recruiters, such as GAIL, AB InBev, Axis Bank, Barclays, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Samsung, and Wells Fargo. Loyal recruiters such as Accenture, Aditya Birla, Tata Steel, Amazon, Bain Capability Network, Tata Steel, Capgemini, Cognizant, ICICI Bank, Mahindra & Mahindra, OfBusiness, and Yes Bank continued to impose faith in the ability of our students. This year also witnessed various Pre-Placement Offers being given by multiple recruiters. Consulting and General Management were the most sought-after domains.

Professor Dheeraj Sharma reiterated IIM Rohtak’s commitment to nurturing the country’s best management talent to produce business leaders who will exhibit superior work-ethic, high commitment, strong persistence, and a positive attitude.
IIM Rohtak has completed more than a decade in imparting excellence and management grit to the young aspiring managers of the country. It is one of the top management institutes in the country and the only IIM in the Delhi NCR region. The institute is the first IIM to have BBA+MBA and BBA+LLB degree programmes. The institute received the AMBA accreditation in 2022, making it into the top 2% of management institutes worldwide. One of the most prominent names in academia at present, the institute imparts knowledge with multi-disciplinary outlooks to prepare business leaders of the future.
