Prior to the hacking and deletion of both of Ranveer’s YouTube channels, he had millions of subscribers. Additionally, he claims millions of Instagram followers across both profiles.
Finally speaking out, BeerBiceps, also known as Ranveer Allahbadia, has disclosed that both of his YouTube channels were hacked on Sep 25 night at approximately 11:30 pm. All of his videos were erased by the hackers, who then replaced them with clips of Donald Trump and Elon Musk.
They went so far as to rename two of his channels: "@Tesla.event.trump_2024" and "@Elon.trump.tesla_live2024."
At the moment, both usernames lead to a “404 not found” page, with a message stating, “This page isn’t available. Sorry about that. Try searching for something else.”
"Is this the end of my YouTube career?" Allahbadia captioned it beside a photo of himself donning a cat eye mask. "Was nice knowing y'all," he added.
"Celebrating my two main channels being hacked with my favorite food. Vegan burgers," he wrote upon arriving back in Mumbai from Singapore.
He shared a photo of his dinner, which consisted of fries and a vegan burger, captioned, "Death of BeerBiceps met with death of diet."
He addressed the situation with two Instagram stories on his personal account. One of them included a video of him sprinting into the woods and the caption, "Me after seeing that my channel got hacked."
Co-founder of Monk Entertainment, an organization that represents numerous content creators, Viraj Sheth, expressed his company's complete trust in YouTube's ability to assist them in restoring the channels to their pre-hack state. The channel hack, he continued, is not a publicity stunt.
Sheth even posted a screen capture of a YouTube channel that had Allahbadia's videos altered following a hack. "Looks like we are now selling Tesla cars and endorsing Trump for the time being," he wrote.
The YouTube team is the "most hands-on team he has worked with," Sheth continued, adding that they are at ease because they have complete faith in them.
Fitness influencer and podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia got his start on YouTube at the age of 22 with BeerBiceps, a channel that catered mostly to fitness and food.
Prior to the hacking and deletion of both of his YouTube channels, he had millions of subscribers. Additionally, he claims millions of Instagram followers across both profiles.
