The Congress is set to release its manifesto today, for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The party has already released 25 guarantees which it calls 'Paanch Nyay' or five pillars of justice.
Party chief Mallikarjun Kharge in a post on X confirmed the manifesto'r release on Friday. "The Congress party shall be unveiling its Manifesto today," Kharge tweeted.

"Our 5 NYAY-- 25 GUARANTEE agenda represents our non-negotiable commitment to the welfare of Nation. Since 1926 till date, the Congress Manifesto is a solemn document of the inseparable trust between us and the People of India," he said in the post.

The document will be presented in the Congress headquarters by party chief Mallikarjun Kharge and former party presidents Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi.in Delhi. Following which, the party will hold two ‘Manifesto launch mega rallies’ on Saturday, one each in Jaipur and Hyderabad.

The Congress will also promise the youths the ‘right to employment’ as part of its poll manifesto for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
The party manifesto will also focus on a legal guarantee of a minimum support price and caste-based census in the country as said earlier by Rahul Gandhi.
Meanwhile, the ruling BJP has held one meeting of its manifesto committee; the 27-member panel is headed by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh.
