A National Institute of Technology (NIT) student committed suicide in Karala’s Kozhikode by jumping off the university building on Monday, police said.
Yogeswar Nath, a non-Keralite died after allegedly jumping from the building inside the campus.
"Prima facie, it is a case of suicide. He was found dead after jumping from the building. It is suspected that he took the extreme step around 5:30 am," a police official said as reported by PTI.
More details will be revealed after the investigation, said the official.
