Recruiters from aviation and hospitality sectors will engage eligible students and alumni at the New Delhi campus, offering entry-level and experienced roles with selection based on qualifications, skills, and performance.

IGNOU will host a campus placement drive later this month, offering job opportunities in the aviation and hospitality sectors for its students and alumni.
The placement exercise will be conducted on Jan 27, 2026, at the B R Ambedkar Convention Centre on the IGNOU campus in Maidan Garhi, New Delhi, with candidates required to report at 10 am.

The drive is being organized by the university’s Campus Placement Cell and is open exclusively to current IGNOU students and alumni, according to an official notice. Recruiters from the aviation and hospitality industries are expected to participate.
In the aviation segment, Bird Flight Services, a company engaged in ground handling and passenger services, will recruit for airport operations in Delhi. Positions on offer include Customer Service Agent and Customer Service Host.
Graduate candidates are eligible for Customer Service Agent roles, while applicants with a minimum qualification of 10+2 can apply for Customer Service Host positions, with graduates given preference.
Prior experience in aviation or service roles will be considered an advantage, though freshers are also eligible.
For the hospitality sector, YS Hospitality will conduct recruitment for several roles, including Backend Office Support Staff, Office Administration and Graphic Design, and Sales and Operations positions for candidates with a travel industry background.
The company has indicated that preference will be given to IGNOU students and alumni residing in Gurgaon. Both freshers and experienced candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach may apply.
Salaries for the available positions will be offered in line with industry standards. Selected candidates may also be considered for training programs, internships, or permanent roles depending on their qualifications and performance.
Interested applicants are required to complete registration by scanning the QR codes mentioned in the official placement posters. Candidates must report at the venue on time to participate in the placement process.
