PEGA University Program aims to empower India’s future by driving skill development for young minds
New Delhi: Pegasystems Inc. (NASDAQ: PEGA), the leading enterprise AI decisioning and workflow automation platform provider, in association with TalentSprint, a global edtech company that brings transformational bootcamps and cutting-edge learning programs to modern-day professionals, has felicitated the 20 best outgoing students and 3 GenAI Blueprint contest winners from its Pega University Program 2023-24 cohort. This conclave was held in Hyderabad at the prestigious Pega University Program Conclave 2024, an event that exemplified the seamless integration of academia and industry.
Over 250 attendees, including program alumni, academic partners, and recruiting partners came together to make the conclave a resounding success. Highlights of the event included felicitating the Best Outgoing Students and Pega GenAI Blueprint contest winners and launching the Pega UAP Alumni Community. Leadership teams from Pegasystems and TalentSprint demonstrated the power of Pega GenAI Blueprint offering a glimpse into the future of technology and highlighting the success factors behind the Pega University Program.
20 outstanding students, one from each partner college, were named Best Outgoing Students for their hard work and commitment. Harsha B from Chennai Institute of Technology stood out as the Best Outgoing Student from her college and has been successfully placed at TCS Digital.
The Pega Gen AI Blueprint Design Contest provided participants with a unique opportunity to demonstrate their Pega expertise by creating applications from scratch using the Pega Blueprint. Winners received recognition within the esteemed Pega community, along with participation certificates. Additionally, the top three exemplary Blueprints were honored and awarded. Bajari Vema Reddy from BV Raju Institute of Technology was felicitated on winning the GenAI Blueprint contest. Bajari currently works as a Cloud Development Engineer at Pegasystems.

The Pega University program is a two-semester university-level curriculum that enables third-year engineering college students to build robust capabilities in low-code technologies to secure a competition-proof career with the customers and partners of Pegasystems. Since its inception in 2016, Pegasystems and TalentSprint have offered the PEGA University Program in India. The Pega University Program has established roots in 23 partner institutions, positively impacting the lives of over 10,000 students.
