Marking its 20th year, ISME introduces a flexible two-year online PGDM featuring weekend classes, industry immersion, and AI-driven specializations tailored for graduates and working professionals.

The International School of Management Excellence (ISME) has launched a two-year, AICTE-approved Live Online Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), aimed at equipping graduates and working professionals with industry-relevant skills in a flexible learning format.
Announced on the occasion of ISME’s 20th anniversary, the program combines live weekend classes with practical industry exposure and offers specializations in Sales and Digital Marketing, AI and Business Analytics, and Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

“This is not a concession to convenience; it is a deliberate design choice,” said Dr. Nitin Garg, Founder and Director of ISME. He added that the program is designed for ambitious learners balancing professional commitments while seeking academic rigor and real-world relevance.
The curriculum follows a concept-to-application approach, integrating case-based simulations, collaborative projects, and continuous industry-linked assessments across six terms. It begins with foundational coursework and concludes with a capstone project and graduation.
A key feature of the program is its experiential learning component, including a 10-week internship and three campus immersions. Among these is a leadership immersion at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, offering participants exposure to one of India’s leading management institutions.
“The IIM Bangalore immersion is a statement of intent,” said Dr. Purnajit Chatterjee, Head of External Relations, Training and Consulting at ISME, highlighting the value of peer learning and exposure to top academic environments.
The program is tailored for two segments—recent graduates seeking career acceleration and working professionals pursuing a management qualification without taking a career break. ISME said the structure allows participants to align internships and capstone projects with their existing roles, effectively turning workplaces into applied learning environments.
Each specialization is aligned with specific career pathways, including business development and customer experience roles in marketing, predictive analytics and digital strategy in AI-focused roles, and procurement and logistics management in operations.
The institute said it will also offer placement assistance and dedicated career services to support participants in translating academic learning into professional growth.
The launch underscores ISME’s focus on adapting management education to evolving industry demands while maintaining academic standards, as it enters its third decade of operations.
