The hardcopies of the mark sheets and pass certificates will be available from 55 distribution centers including the four regional offices of the Council from May 10.
The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) announced the results for Class 12th or HS final exam on Wednesday with pass percentage of 90%.
The pass percentage among the minority students in WB HS result 2024 is 86.97 per cent.
Students can check their scores soon on wbresults.nic.in and wbchse.wb.gov.in by using their board exam roll code and number after 3 pm when the link will be active.
The hardcopies of the mark sheets and pass certificates will be available from 55 distribution centers including the four regional offices of the Council from May 10, the board said during the press conference. The result tatkal service will be made available from May 10 to 13 for those students who want a revaluation of their results.
A total of 58 students are placed in the top 10 and as many as 13 students belong to Hooghly alone, followed by nine from Bankura. Like last year, East Medinipur has topped among the districts.
This year, 40.92 per cent students got 60 per cent and above while 22.38 per cent students
received 70 per cent and above. 8.47 per cent students got 80 per cent and above marks and less than 2 per cent received 90 per cent and above.
In 2023, the pass percentage was recorded at 89.25 per cent. The pass percentage recorded among boy students was 91.86 per cent, while the same for girl students was 87.26 per cent.
This year, the Uchcha Madhyamik WBCHSE exams were held between February 16 and 29 with over 7 lakh students registering for the class 12 board examination in West Bengal.
