The Ministry of Education has invited students of Classes 6 to 12, along with teachers and parents from India and overseas, to take part through the MyGov portal.

Registration is open on innovateindia1.mygov.in from Dec 1, 2025, to Jan 11, 2026, and those who successfully complete the online activity will receive a MyGov-backed digital certificate.

Participation requires users to visit innovateindia1.mygov.in, log in or create a MyGov account, choose the Pariksha Pe Charcha competition, answer the MCQ-based questions, submit their entries, and then download the certificate upon completion.

The process has been kept fully online to simplify access and widen reach.

In 2025, Pariksha Pe Charcha was organized at Sunder Nursery in New Delhi on Feb 10 in a redesigned interactive format.

That edition brought together 36 students from each state and union territory, drawn from government schools, Kendriya Vidyalayas, and other institutions.

Over the years, the initiative has expanded significantly, earning a Guinness World Record in 2025 for participation spread across 245 countries.

Registrations have grown from 22,000 in 2018 to 3.56 crore in 2025, and with Jan Andolan activities included, overall participation has been estimated at nearly five crore.
