The exam will be held on February 9, 2025, across 82 cities nationwide. It will be conducted in both Hindi and English as either a computer-based test (CBT) or a paper-based test (PBT), depending on the course requirements.
The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) has announced the opening of applications for its entrance examination for admission to undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), and PhD programs for the academic year 2025-26.
Online registration and application submission began on Nov 22 and will close on Jan 6, 2025. Applicants who wish to submit their forms with a late fee of ₹5,000 can do so between Jan 7 and Jan 9, 2025.
The online correction window for application form details will be available from Jan 10 to 12, 2025.
The release dates for advance city intimation slips and admit cards will be announced at a later time.
The entrance exam will cover a range of programs, including Bachelor of Design (BDes), Bachelor of Fashion Technology (BFTech), Master of Design (MDes), Master of Fashion Management (MFM), Master of Fashion Technology (MFTech) (Regular), and NLEA (NIFT Lateral Entry Admission) for both BDes and BFTech.
