The National Testing Agency (NTA) has said that the registration window for the NEET UG 2026 scribe facility will close at 11:50 PM on June 12.
Eligible Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) who need writing assistance during the exam must submit their scribe details through the official website, neet.nta.nic.in, before the deadline.

The facility is available only to eligible candidates who require support during the examination. NEET UG 2026 is scheduled to be held on June 21, and candidates have been advised to complete the registration process without delay.
Candidates can access the scribe registration portal through the official NEET UG website.
The scribe facility is intended for eligible PwD and PwBD candidates appearing for NEET UG 2026 who require assistance in writing the examination.
According to NTA, only candidates eligible for the facility will be able to view and access the scribe registration option on their candidate dashboard.
To register, candidates should visit neet.nta.nic.in and click on the "Register Scribe Details" option available on the candidate homepage.
They must then log in using their application number and password, fill in the required information, select the appropriate scribe option, and submit the details.
Once submitted, the information can be viewed under the "View Application Form" section for verification.
The last date and time to submit scribe details is June 12, 2026, by 11:50 pm. NTA has urged eligible candidates to complete the process well before the deadline to avoid any last-minute technical difficulties.
NEET UG 2026 will be conducted on June 21. Candidates seeking the scribe facility are advised to ensure that their details are submitted and verified ahead of the examination.
