The new agreement aims to enhance cooperation through joint research projects, faculty and student exchanges, and cross-cultural academic initiatives between IIT-Kharagpur and Germany’s Rhine-Main Universities alliance.
IIT-Kharagpur has entered into a new partnership with the Rhine-Main Universities (RMU) alliance in Germany to strengthen academic and research collaboration, officials said.
The memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed recently at TU Darmstadt in Germany in the presence of IIT-Kharagpur Director Suman Chakraborty, Ramanuj Banerjee, Counsellor (Science and Technology) at the Indian Embassy in Berlin, and other dignitaries.
“This partnership establishes a powerful framework for joint research, faculty and student exchanges, academic networking, and collaborative educational and cultural initiatives across diverse disciplines,” a statement said.
