IIM Raipur unveils new executive training programs in finance, strategy, and HR

IIM Raipur has unveiled a new lineup of Management Development Programs (MDPs) scheduled for October and November 2025, aimed at equipping professionals with advanced skills in finance, strategy, human resources, and communication.

According to the institute, the upcoming programs are designed to enhance managerial competencies across diverse business domains, combining theory with practical learning.

The October schedule includes courses on Financial Risk Management and Decoding Organizational Politics, focusing on improving financial decision-making and workplace dynamics.

Dr Pranith Kumar Roy will lead a three-day session on Financial Risk Management in October under the finance and accounting discipline.

In November, IIM Raipur will conduct four specialized programs. Dr Archana Parashar and Mrunal Chavda will host a four-day course on Corporate Communication from Nov 1 to 4, emphasizing effective messaging and interpersonal influence.

A three-day program on Strategic Thinking, led by Dr Satyasiba Das, is slated for Nov 16 to 18, while Dr Sandeep S will conduct a workshop on Franchising for Business Expansion from Nov 21 to 23.

Simultaneously, two courses in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior, HR Analytics by Dr Ritu Gupta and Decoding Organizational Politics by Dr Damini Saini, will be held from Nov 22 to 24.

The institute noted that these programs integrate conceptual models, case discussions, experiential exercises, and real-world applications to help participants translate classroom learning into practical outcomes.
