IGNOU invites applications from students and alumni for Startup Competition 2024

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is holding the Startup Competition 2024 for its students and alumni. Candidates are eligible to compete in the competition in 2024 if they have either established their startup or commercial venture or are in the advanced stages of doing so.

By encouraging, supporting, and developing its innovator students and alumni, the Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) is actively involved in cultivating its students and alumni toward Atmanirbhar Bharat.

All the shortlisted candidates will receive the necessary guidance, support, and training to help them expand their startup or business venture endeavors. They will also get the chance to network with other entrepreneurs and inventors.

The Best Startup Award 2024 will be granted to the top three startups, business ventures, or soon-to-be startups. A cash prize of Rs 10,000, Rs 7,000, and Rs 5,000 will be given to the winners of the first, second, and third prizes, respectively.

Interested IGNOU students and alumni who have launched a startup or business venture or are further along in the establishment process can submit their thorough entries via a Google Form.
