The world celebrated International Nurses Day to thank nurses and healthcare workers for all that they do to make healthcare systems and public health better. This day also showed us the problems that healthcare is facing like hospitals, not enough doctors and nurses and being ready for future health emergencies.

People talked a lot about making healthcare infrastructure better. Governments and hospitals want to build hospitals make primary healthcare facilities nicer use digital health systems and have more medical resources so that more people can get good healthcare especially in rural areas and places that do not have a lot of healthcare options.

Another big issue was training and keeping nurses. Nurses are very important for taking care of patients helping in emergencies and stopping people from getting sick. People said that we need to make medical education better give nurses training make their working conditions better and give them more career options so that we do not have a shortage of skilled healthcare workers and so that nurses do not get too tired.
