It has produced noticeable results, especially via pilot initiatives in Puducherry and Lakshadweep.

India-Norway Marine Agreement: Both countries highlighted the significance of collaborative research in polar science and ocean sustainability.

Enhancing joint efforts in maritime planning, Arctic studies, and ocean sustainability.

Norway, where 70% of exports come from its maritime sector, is acknowledged as an expert in the Ocean Economy.

SAHAV Portal: A decision support system based on GIS, acknowledged as a Digital Public Good.

It was launched to commemorate World Ocean Day (i.e. 8th June).
