CUET PG results 2026 announced, counseling process to begin soon

Over 411,366 candidates registered across 157 subjects, with 198 universities set to use scorecards for admissions as institutions prepare merit lists and begin counseling procedures soon.

CUET PG results 2026 announced, counseling process to begin soon

The National Testing Agency on April 24 announced the CUET PG 2026 results for admissions to central and other participating universities and also released the list of the top five candidates in subjects with more than 1,000 registered applicants.

The examination was conducted from March 6 to March 30 in 50 shifts across 157 subjects in computer-based test mode. A total of 411,366 unique candidates registered for the exam, of whom 345,220 appeared.

On a subject-wise basis, 714,621 registrations were recorded, with 504,301 candidates appearing for the test.

The provisional answer key and recorded responses were released on April 11, and candidates were allowed to raise objections until April 14. These objections were reviewed by subject experts, and the final results were prepared based on the revised answer key.

A total of 198 universities are participating in CUET PG 2026, including 45 central universities, 40 state universities, 24 government institutions, and 89 private and deemed universities.

Participating universities will prepare their own merit lists and conduct counseling based on CUET PG scorecards.

Candidates can download their results from the official NTA website and are advised to check the respective university websites for admission-related updates.
