The board has published the complete subject-wise timetable, with varying exam durations, while admit cards will be issued before the compartment examinations begin.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has published the Class 12 supplementary examination schedule for 2026, with compartment exams for all subjects set to be conducted on July 28.
Students appearing for the supplementary examinations can access the subject-wise timetable through the official CBSE website. The board is also expected to release the Class 12 supplementary admit cards shortly.

According to the official date sheet, examination timings will vary depending on the subject.
Most core academic subjects, including English Core, Hindi Core, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Political Science, Geography, Psychology, Sociology, Computer Science, Informatics Practices, Physical Education, History, Biotechnology, Entrepreneurship, Home Science, Applied Mathematics, and several language papers, will be conducted from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Vocational subjects such as Food Production, front office operations, Banking, Marketing, Health Care, Insurance, Fashion Studies, and Business Administration will begin at 10:50 am. and conclude at 1:30 pm.
Examinations for subjects including Painting, Hindustani Music Vocal, Hindustani Music Instrumental, Applied Art, Yoga, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Physical Activity Trainer, and Early Childhood Care and Education will be held from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm.
Steps to download the CBSE Class 12 Supplementary Date Sheet 2026
CBSE is expected to issue the Class 12 supplementary admit cards through the prescribed channels before the examination. Students must carry their admit card to the examination center, as entry without the document will not be permitted.
The board has said that the duration of each examination is specified in both the official date sheet and the admit card. Candidates will also be given 15 minutes before the start of the examination to read the question paper and plan their responses.
Students have been advised to report to their examination centers well before the scheduled reporting time to avoid any inconvenience on the day of the examination.
