
The Delhi government has ordered an inquiry into a controversial proposal to procure luxury boats for Yamuna inspections, even as officials clarify the tender will not be scrapped but revised to focus on essential operational needs.

The Centre has tightened rules for domestic LPG consumers by mandating Aadhaar-based biometric authentication, warning that failure to complete e-KYC could disrupt cylinder refills and subsidy benefits amid supply concerns.
