1 small beetroot, 1 small apple, 1 small carrot, 1-litre water, 5-10 mint leaves, 

Directions: Wash and peel the skin of beetroot, apple and carrot. Roughly chop them and add all the ingredients 1 litre of water. Let the water rest overnight. Drink 2 glasses of infused water early in the morning and sip the rest throughout the day.
