The Department of Students Development at the University of Mumbai facilitated the collaboration. Dr Pradnya Shinde Korlekar, Assistant Professor at VESCOP, supported the execution and coordination of the agreement.

Discussions between the two institutions began in May 2025 and concluded with the formal signing of the MoU in February 2026.
