IIRF University Ranking 2025: Hindustan Institute of Technology & Science (HITS), Chennai, has secured rank 27 in the Good for B.Tech/M.Tech Programs category in the IIRF ranking 2025, reflecting its strong engineering and technical education focus.
The university is also placed at rank 49 in the overall Deemed University category in the IIRF ranking 2025, underscoring its presence among India’s leading institutions.
Established in 1985 and recognized as a Deemed to be University by the UGC in 2008, HITS offers a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, research, and doctoral programs.
