NEET Dress Code For Female 2024: The registration window for the National Eligibility-Cum-Entrance Test (Undergraduate) will shut in just five days; medical aspirants are encouraged to complete the NTA NEET application form at https://exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/. The NTA has already published the dress code that candidates must comply with while appearing for the medical entrance examination. This year, the NEET examination is set to take place on May 5, 2024. The NEET Exam dress code for female 2024 has been done for the betterment of the examination.

NEET Dress Code For Female 2024 by NTA for Male and Female Candidates
- Heavy clothing and/or long sleeves are not allowed. However, if candidates arrive in cultural/ customary attire at the Examination Centre, they should report at least an hour before the last reporting time i.e. 12.30 pm to allow ample time for thorough frisking without causing any inconvenience to the candidate while preserving the integrity of the examination.
- Slippers, and sandals with low heels are allowed.
- Shoes are not allowed.
- In case of any deviation needed due to unavoidable (medical, etc.) circumstances, specific approval of NTA must be obtained before the Admit Cards are issued.
- If candidates are wearing a customary dress, they need to report at the designated Examination centre no later than 12:30 pm on the day of the examination.
- Candidates wearing articles or objects of faith (customary/ cultural/ religious) should report at the examination centre at least two hours before the last reporting time to allow ample time for thorough frisking without causing any inconvenience to the candidate while preserving the integrity of the examination. If upon screening, it is found that any candidate is actually carrying a suspected device within such item of faith, he/ she may be asked not to bring it into the examination hall.
NEET Frisking Rules
- Candidates will undergo extensive and mandatory frisking before entering the examination centre with the aid of highly sensitive metal detectors.
- Candidates are prohibited from carrying the following items inside the Examination Centre under any circumstances: Any item like textual material (printed or written), bits of papers, Geometry/Pencil Box, Plastic Pouch, Calculator, Pen, Scale, Writing Pad, Pen Drives, Eraser, Calculator, Log Table, Electronic Pen/Scanner, etc. Any communication device like Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, Health Band, etc. Other items like Wallet, Goggles, Handbags, Belt, Cap, etc. Any Watch/Wristwatch, Bracelet, Camera, etc.
- The NTA is committed to the sanctity and fairness of conducting the examination, but it also recognizes the sensitivity involved in frisking (female) candidates and will issue comprehensive instructions accordingly to the staff and other officials at the Examination Centres. The frisking of female candidates will be conducted inside a closed enclosure by female staff only.
- The candidate will cooperate with the staff at Examination Centre during Frisking.
- Candidates will report at the designated Examination Centre well in advance to avail themselves for compulsory physical frisking.
