The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Shillong has signed five new international Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with prestigious universities in North America, Europe, and Africa, further solidifying its academic presence on a global scale.
These collaborations mark a significant step in the institute's efforts to promote global cooperation in management research, teaching, and cross-cultural interaction.
The new MoUs are with Westsachsische Hochschule Zwickau—University of Applied Sciences Zwickau (Germany), POLIMI Graduate School of Management (Italy), IE Business School (Spain), University of Johannesburg (South Africa), and Laurentian University (Canada), the most recent addition.
These agreements will enable a range of cooperative endeavors, such as faculty and student exchange programs, collaborative research projects, and the development of dual-degree and immersion programs.
IIM Shillong continues to position itself as a center for academic excellence by fostering global learning opportunities that provide both faculty and students with a genuinely global perspective.
