The 12-month program blends online learning with live sessions, equipping professionals with strategic, leadership, and digital skills to navigate evolving business challenges and earn IIM Kozhikode alumni status.
In a move aimed at strengthening leadership capabilities in the digital era, IIM Kozhikode has partnered with Emeritus to introduce a Senior Management Programme tailored for experienced professionals.
The 12-month course, which begins on June 28, combines online learning with live sessions led by IIM Kozhikode faculty and industry experts.
The program is intended for senior leaders looking to broaden their expertise in finance, digital strategy, and transformation.
It also welcomes mid-level managers aspiring to transition into senior roles by enhancing their strategic and people leadership skills.
According to the official announcement, the course provides a practical, future-focused approach to help participants create meaningful business impact in a fast-changing landscape.
Participants will benefit from flexible learning formats that accommodate professional schedules while also engaging in live sessions that promote peer interaction and personalized feedback.
The curriculum is designed to support real-world decision-making through exposure to modern business frameworks and leadership tools.
The fee for the program is ₹623,000 plus GST. Eligible applicants must hold a graduate or diploma degree (10+2+3) from a recognized institution and have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate from IIM Kozhikode and executive alumni status.
Speaking about the initiative, Prof Debashis Chatterjee, Director of IIM Kozhikode, said, “As industries undergo rapid transformation, senior leaders must evolve beyond functional expertise.”
“This program enables participants to engage with real-world business challenges, learn from peer leaders across industries, and apply practical frameworks that drive strategic outcomes. It’s a space to rethink leadership in the context of data, technology, and global business shifts,” Prof Chatterjee added.
