TalentSprint, an Accenture company, has partnered with the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu to launch a four-year eBBA (Honours) degree program aimed at combining management education with industry-focused technology training.
The undergraduate program has been designed to address changing workforce demands as businesses increasingly seek graduates with expertise in technology, data, artificial intelligence, and business problem-solving alongside core management skills.

Under the collaboration, TalentSprint and IIM Jammu will integrate academic learning with experiential and industry-oriented training to prepare students for technology-driven business environments.
The institutions said the program combines IIM Jammu’s academic framework with TalentSprint’s expertise in blended learning and industry-focused education delivery.
The eBBA (Honors) curriculum will include management subjects along with specialized modules in Cloud, Data, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Infrastructure, and AI Business Applications.
TalentSprint, through the Accenture Centre of Advanced Studies, will contribute to curriculum development, applied projects, and learning pathways aligned with current enterprise requirements.
The program will also feature workshops on generative AI and agentic AI, along with foundational exposure to data analytics and AI applications in business operations and strategy.
According to the institutions, the course aims to help students understand how emerging technologies are reshaping organizational decision-making, transformation, and value creation.
Career support and digital learning model
The program includes structured career development support such as professional skills training, interview preparation, industry orientation, and placement assistance to improve employability outcomes.
The institutions said the digitally delivered learning model, combined with campus engagement opportunities, is intended to expand access to industry-aligned management education and IIM credentials.
Students completing the program will receive an IIM Jammu degree along with alumni status.
Speaking on the collaboration, Anurag Bansal, Managing Director, Accenture LearnVantage, India, said, “Technology is fundamentally changing how organizations create value, and the skills required to lead in this environment are evolving rapidly. This collaboration with IIM Jammu reflects our shared commitment to reimagine management education by combining business acumen with technology-led thinking.”
"By engaging students early through an industry-integrated undergraduate program, we can help accelerate a future-ready talent pipeline aligned with the needs of enterprises in the age of AI," Bansal added.
Prof B S Sahay, Director, IIM Jammu, said, “At IIM Jammu, we are committed to redefining management education through meaningful collaboration with industry leaders. This partnership with TalentSprint brings together academic excellence and real-world relevance.”
"Our eBBA (Honours) degree program is designed to develop graduates who are conceptually strong, technologically aware, professionally agile, and well prepared to create impact from the early stages of their careers,” Sahay added.
