A total of 5,491 candidates cleared the intermediate exam, and 2,167 qualified for the final, with pass percentages ranging from 8.64% to 30.42% across different groups in June 2025.
Hans Jain and Sujal Saraf have topped the Institute of Cost Accountants of India’s Certified Management Accountant June 2025 examinations in the Final and Intermediate levels, respectively.
The ICMAI released the results on its official portal, where candidates can check their scores using their 17-digit registration number.
According to the institute, 5,491 candidates cleared the Intermediate course this session, while 2,167 earned the CMA Final certification.
In the Intermediate Examination (Syllabus 2022) Group I, 26,974 candidates appeared, and 2,864 passed, registering a 10.62% pass rate.
Group II recorded a higher success rate at 30.42%, with 4,664 of 15,333 candidates passing.
Among those who attempted both groups, 9,998 candidates passed in at least one group, with 864 clearing one group (8.64%) and 1,375 clearing both (13.75%).
For the Final Examination (Syllabus 2022), Group III, 1,701 of 10,503 candidates passed, resulting in a 16.20% pass rate.
Group IV had 4,458 candidates, with 1,108 passing, marking a 24.85% success rate. Among candidates attempting both Group III and IV, 478 passed in at least one group (13.68%), and 651 cleared both (18.64%).
To qualify, candidates must score at least 40% in each paper and an overall aggregate of 50% across all non-exempted papers.
Those securing 60% or more in any paper but failing to clear the group will be exempt from reappearing in that paper in the next attempt, with the exempted paper counted as 50% for aggregate purposes.
