Narayana Business School’s 25‑year milestone convocation saw over 540 students graduate as founder Dr. Amit Gupta urged integrity and curiosity, and alumnus-turned-Paytm Money CEO Sandeep Bhardwaj called for continuous, ethical leadership

Narayana Business School (NBS), Ahmedabad, hosted its Convocation Ceremony for the graduating Class of 2023–25, a landmark event made especially significant as the institution celebrates 25 years of excellence in management education. The ceremony marked not only the academic culmination for students, but also a celebration of the institution’s enduring legacy, faculty commitment, and alumni impact.
A total of 540 students graduated across multiple specialisations, stepping into the professional world as part of the silver jubilee graduating cohort.

The ceremony opened with an address by Dr. Amit Gupta, Founder and Director, Narayana Business School, who reflected on the institution’s journey and its founding vision.
“Over the last 25 years, we have focused on building character alongside competence. As our graduates' step into the world, we hope they continue to lead with integrity, curiosity, and a commitment to meaningful impact,” said – Dr. Amit Gupta
The convocation was graced by Mr. Sandiip Bharadwaj, Managing Director & CEO, Paytm Money, as the Chief Guest. A proud alumnus of Narayana Business School, Mr. Bharadwaj’s return to campus symbolised the full circle of an educational journey shaped by learning, resilience, and leadership.
