Last year, the Class 10 results were announced on May 19 for exams conducted between February 23 and March 4. In previous years, results were declared on June 3 for exams held between March 7 and March 16.

This year, the Madhyamik exams were conducted by the board from February 2 to February 12.
In 2023, the overall pass percentage for the Madhyamik exams stood at 86.15 percent, with Devdutta Majhi emerging as the topper. A staggering total of 6,98,628 students had registered for the Class 10 examinations.
The board exams were conducted across more than 2,675 examination centers throughout the state. Additionally, board officials conducted surprise visits to exam centers as a proactive measure to curb instances of cheating and the use of unfair means during the exams.
