JEE Main 2024 Exam
The JEE Main B.Tech April 2024 paper showcased a comprehensive array of questions across physics, chemistry, and mathematics, each segmented into two sections. Section 1 featured 20 multiple-choice questions with single correct answers, while Section 2 comprised 10 numerical-based questions, with candidates required to answer five.
Covering a wide range of topics from both Class 11 and 12 CBSE board syllabi, the paper notably exceeded the difficulty level of the January session, according to an expert from FIITJEE. Mathematics presented a moderate challenge, with some questions proving lengthy and intricate, emphasizing calculus and algebra.
In contrast, the physics section was rated easy to moderate, with a few fact-based queries drawn from Class 12 NCERT chapters. While numerical-based questions were deemed lengthy, they were generally considered straightforward. Chemistry, on the other hand, was assessed as relatively easier, featuring several fact-based inquiries from NCERT materials.
