The accelerator is intended to support current and aspiring entrepreneurs, start-ups, and small businesses from SC and ST communities by offering structured training, practical tools, and focused mentoring to help them expand their ventures.

The program uses a blended format that includes in-person sessions on the IIM Raipur campus along with live online classes.

Participants will receive 72 hours of classroom instruction and 18 hours of mentoring led by faculty members, industry experts, and experienced practitioners.

IIM Raipur says the initiative is meant to help entrepreneurs shift from basic survival to stable, scalable growth.

Its content is designed to strengthen business models, identify promising markets, improve financial planning, and introduce digital strategies that enhance efficiency.

Entrepreneurs will work on their own challenges through MSME-based case studies, interactive exercises, concept sessions, and one-on-one mentoring clinics, ultimately creating 90- to 180-day action plans.

The institute notes that the program will also guide participants on accessing new markets, understanding government procurement procedures, and developing networks with mentors, peers, and ecosystem partners.
